89ef Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the player", "the user") and 89ef ("the platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the 89ef website, mobile application and all associated services. By accessing the platform or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency accounts are required.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Management

Each person is permitted to hold one active account on 89ef. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances will not be transferred.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. 89ef will never ask you for your password by email, phone or chat. • Account information accuracy: The name, date of birth, mobile number and address registered on your account must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

89ef processes all transactions in PKR. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed at the time of transaction.

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the 89ef account holder. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted. Violations of this rule may result in withdrawal delays, account review or suspension.

• Deposit speed: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect immediately. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

• Bonus validity period: Each bonus has an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party including 89ef itself.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential permanent ban:

• Using automated betting software, bots or scripting tools to play games
• Exploiting software glitches, errors or loopholes in game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or secure guaranteed results

In the event of a game error or technical fault during a session, 89ef reserves the right to void affected bets. Any winnings generated as a result of a confirmed game malfunction will not be paid out. This applies equally to all game types including live casino.

7. Sports Betting

The sports betting section of 89ef covers cricket — including PSL, T20 international matches and other formats — alongside football, esports and other sports where markets are available. The following specific rules apply to sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football etc.). Settlement follows the official result regardless of any subsequent amendments unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Abandoned or postponed matches: In the event a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated time frame, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market and are detailed within the sports book.
• Obvious pricing errors: 89ef reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where pricing errors are clearly evident — for example, odds that are significantly out of line with market rates due to a system error.

8. Player Conduct

Players interacting with live dealer games, other players or customer support are expected to behave with basic respect. The following conduct is not acceptable on 89ef and may result in a chat ban or account suspension:

• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory language in any live game chat or support interaction
• Harassment of dealers, other players or support staff
• Sharing or soliciting personal contact information in public game chats
• Promoting third-party services, competing platforms or any unsolicited advertising in chat

89ef does not permit the use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. We maintain records of all financial transactions and may report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable financial regulations. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

89ef reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Confirmed underage access or use of the platform
• Evidence of bonus abuse, account duplication or manipulation
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period

In cases of suspension due to suspected Terms violation, the balance in the account may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the violation.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools may request reinstatement after the self-exclusion period has elapsed. Reinstatement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability
